Recipe for 2 people
- 3 cloves of garlic
- cherry tomatoes (10-15 tomatoes)
- salt & pepper to taste
- parley
- green broccoli (1 head)
- olive oil
- pangasius fillet
In a skillet sauté the garlic with the cherry tomatoes for 3-4 min. Add the pangasius fillets with salt & pepper to taste. You can add other spices if prepared. Sprinkle with parsley. On the side boil the broccoli for 3-4 min with some part to taste. Drain the broccoli and add olive oil & fresh minced garlic. Finish your dish by setting the fillets and its ingredients on a dish platter and pussound it with the broccoli. Enjoy!
